How Come You Should Buy Crochet Yarn

The yarn is excellent, what I didn’t realize is that the yarn was coming from Joann’s Fabrics and that Amazon was just the middle person for Joann’s. I needed the yarn in a hurry and paid extra for overnight shipping, turns out Amazon couldn’t get it to me for 4 days. The next day I realized that it was coming from JoAnn’s and called them to see if they could have it to me sooner, they hadn’t even received the order from Amazon yet. Yet, JoAnn’s could have the yarn to me for the next day so I ordered it directly from them, true to their word the yarn was here the next day. I called Amazon and the representative told me that he couldn’t cancel the order I would just have to refuse it when FedEx delivered it to me. I did that, it has been approx. 6 weeks and I still haven’t received a credit from Amazon. So Vanna’s yarn 5 stars, Amazon’s crediting my account negative 5 stars
